KickBlam! · Realm 8 LLC · last updated 27 October 2026
KickBlam! is a street-football game for players of all ages. We collect as little as we can: no names, no email addresses, no phone numbers, no contacts, no location, no advertising ids. There is no chat and there are no ads or purchases in the game.
Your age
The first time you open the game it asks for your birth month and year. The game keeps only an age group (under 13, 13 to 15, 16 or 17, 18 or older), never the date itself.
Players under 13 play offline. For them the game does not create an account, does not send play statistics, and turns off online play, town visits and gifts. Nothing about them leaves the device, apart from the crash reports described below if the device owner has turned those on.
What we collect from players 13 and older
| What | Why | Where it's kept |
|---|---|---|
| A random player id and sign-in tokens, created automatically. No name or email. | To play online with friends, to let others visit your town, and to send the play statistics below. | On your device and on our servers |
| Play statistics: sessions, finishing the tutorial, match results and length, tour stars, mini-games, visits to Hometown, buildings you build, your rating of Hometown, your age group, the device type, how smoothly the game runs on it (frame rate, graphics setting and graphics chip model) and the game version. | To see whether the game is fun and working (for example, how many players come back the next day) and to fix problems. You can turn this off in Settings > Privacy. | On our servers, linked to a scrambled (hashed) version of your player id |
| Your town's layout (which buildings, where, at what level). | So other players can visit your town. It contains no names and no free text. | On our servers; visible to other players |
| Gifts left in towns: which gift, which player ids, and the day. | To deliver gifts and limit how many can be sent each day. There are no messages. | On our servers |
| Your moves during an online match. | To run the match. | Only while the match is on; we do not keep them |
What stays on your device
Your settings, your progress (tour stars, challenges, Hometown and your town) and a local test log used during beta testing. The log never leaves the device by itself; testers can choose to copy it and send it to us.
Crash reports
If you have allowed it in your device settings, Apple or Google may send us anonymous crash reports. We use them only to fix crashes.
Who processes the data
Our servers run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes network traffic, including IP addresses, to deliver the service and may keep short-lived service logs. We do not store IP addresses with your game data. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Play statistics are kept for up to 13 months. Your player id, town layout and gift records are kept while you play and deleted when you delete your online data (see below).
Your choices and rights
- Turn off play statistics in Settings > Privacy.
- Delete your online data in the game: Settings > Privacy > Delete my online data. We erase your player id, town layout and sign-in tokens within an hour; gift records stay without your id so other players' daily limits still work. Your game on the device is kept, and the next time you play online the game starts a new random player id.
- Or email support@realm8.studio with your player id (Settings > Privacy shows it) to ask for a copy of your data or its deletion. We reply within 30 days.
- Uninstalling the game deletes everything kept on your device.
Depending on where you live (for example South Africa under POPIA, Canada under PIPEDA, the EU or UK under the GDPR), you may have further rights, including to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect in the game.
